Arnone has a long history of cooking Jambalaya at Festivals and at very large special events. In 1993, he cooked his Jambalaya for " The Reunion on the Mall, as part of the Presidential Inaugaration of Bill Clinton. This event drew over 1/2 million people on The Mall in DC.
Michael's Jambalaya was featured as the signature dish at Philadelphia's Jambalaya Jam for several years. He has toured as the Jambalaya vendor with the 16 City Festival New Orleans, produced by FPI, the fine folks who created and produce the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Lollapalooza and more.
In 2006, Michael began to talk to Sean Brown, at Deep South Blending in New Orleans to formulate his made from scratch recipe into a mix. After many attempts and lots of testing, the Jambalaya Mix is now ready to be introduced to the world. Sadley, Sean passed away before he saw my mix on store shelves. He is missed.
