Noon, 2PM and 4 PM.
1st Course – Plate of Crawfish Etouffee over white rice, served with ½ dozen Char Grilled Oysters and French bread
2nd Course - Fried Shrimp, Oysters and Catfish Plate and Crab Remoulade
3rd Course – Plate of Jambalaya with Crawfish Bread
4th Course - Alligator Sausage with Creole Mustard, Souvenir Tray of Boiled Crawfish with corn and potatoes
5th Course - Dessert Sampler served with Community Coffee
